Couch to 5k completed!, a great way to get a little fitter. Second time I’ve done this, last time was about 7 years ago. A few more aches this time but well worth it. First park run on over 6 years. #c25k #parkrun .

The history of the FPL and its rule changes over the years is interesting and quite funny. In the 2003/04 season, they removed pre-season games from scoring. I never knew they were once included. It would be amazing to own some random super diff from the U19 bagging a hat-trick against a local team in a charity match. In the 2004/05 season, they removed the 2-5-3 and 5-5-0 formations. I would have loved a 5-5-0 this season. In the 2005/06 season, they reduced midfielder clean sheet points from 2 to 1. Players would have been overpowered with two points for CS and Defcon this season. The picture is from the 2002-2003 season. The UI has come a long way.

That’s now 350 consecutive weeks I’ve laced it up to get out there and run. All weathers, and quite a few countries. Spain, Mexico, Poland, Holland, France, Greece to name a few. Nearly 7 stone dropped in 1st year and I’ve kept it off ✌️
