Okay so say you work hard to own two of your dream properties.
One in CA, one in New York. No matter which you choose to live in you’re getting absolutely wrecked in state income taxes.
But since you dont want to live in your NYC property. You’re getting taxed more. For property you thought you ‘owned’
Am I reading this wrong? What’s the point in owning property if you’re punished for owning it?
