Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un With deep sorrow, I received the news of the passing of Hajia Hauwa (Maijeddah) Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir, beloved wife of my Chief of Staff, Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir. Her death is a painful loss not only to her immediate family, but to all of us who knew her as a woman of humility, dignity, and exemplary character. She was respected for her kindness, strong values, and warm relationships with people. This loss has created a deep vacuum that will be greatly felt. On behalf of the Government and people of Katsina State, I extend my heartfelt condolences to Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir, the entire family, relatives, friends, and associates. I pray Almighty Allah (SWT) to forgive her shortcomings, expand her grave, grant her eternal rest, and admit her into Aljannatul Firdaus. I also pray that He grants the family the strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss.
