Someone will come tomorrow and ask why young Nigerians are staying away from churches. Young Nigerians grew up reading about Moses, Elijah and even Jesus Christ taking a stand against corrupt and oppressive leadership while Nigerian pastors are either platforming corrupt leaders, subtly supporting them or just ignoring everything being done to their members by them.

@BoulPizz Why is everyone angry at this, how many people eat enough fiber packed meals. Like if you do then the info is not for you.
Supplements are meant to supplement not replace, if your meal don’t contain enough fiber and it would be hard to build the habit, then this isn’t bad advice

@Ach33_ We have two types of iru, iru pete and iru woro, the first one you can’t rinse it at all because it is soft but the second isn’t, there’s no disadvantage though but there’s no reason washing it when it’s dirt and stone free.
