@MoabTheGreat The Biblical God describes Himself in relation to humans as Shepherd with sheep having capacity to stray or follow. Interact with that. He describes Himself as a being who interact in time with humans and made them in His image such that they can create and decide. Interact with

@MoabTheGreat The Puppeteer determines and arranges the environment for the puppet and puppeteer on as he seems fit. I'm just using it to challenge your "why say control" not that I'm saying this is the Biblical God. The book illustration is circular.

To conclude by reasoning that there is no God and know you're right, you must know everything. Since our knowledge is VERY limited and you made such a conclusion, the problem is really not God's existence, the problem is faulty thought processing. #Atheism #Reasoning #Fact

@MoabTheGreat Really? "the only analogy that works" according to who? According to the God of the Bible or according to the conclusion you want to arrive at? And I don't get what you meant by "it only accounts for 1% of what God created." What and according to who?

@AdedoyinTweets It's because that's the only analogy that works for any being that claims created the universe and Incase you don't know, humans are part of the universe And a puppeteer and a puppet, can't work, because it only accounts for 1% of everything that god created. Accuracy matters

@MoabTheGreat I'm still expecting your answer to the question I asked before the above reply though. Why can't an all powerful God just determine where people's actions lead rather than determine their decisions?

@MoabTheGreat I don't get why book is your choice here. I told you that you seem to be talking more about the Quranic God even with your choice of illustrations. Why must it be author and book characters and not puppeteer and puppets?

@MoabTheGreat It just means He didn't create a system that has capacity to spiral out of His control. He gives free will not total control to His creation. He has the first and final say.

@MoabTheGreat Yes, the Biblical God is "the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End". And declares the end from the beginning. That doesn't make Him responsible for everything in between the beginning and the end. You can know and declare outcomes without being the sole decision maker.

@MoabTheGreat Why must an all powerful God control everything his creation does just to be able to create certain outcomes He wants? If He chose to create agents with free will, why can't He just determine where their decisions will lead rather than determine their decisions?

@MoabTheGreat Again you're bringing your idea of what God should be like into a discussion in which you said you don't need to know everything. Then you created your picture of God and want me to discuss this. No. Here you're confusing power and control. Why must God control everything to..👇🏼

@MoabTheGreat I've sent two other messages before this I hope you'll see them. You're not interrogating my understanding of God. That doesn't say anything more than my level of understanding. You will provide your proof of how you know how the knowledge of God is. My post says we're limited

@AdedoyinTweets First Question I will like to ask you before my reply is Did god know everything before creating everything Or God know everything after creating everything Or No difference between knowing and creating everything? ... Your answer determines my reply

@MoabTheGreat You're not realizing your assumptions yet. And that's what I'm trying to draw out. I didn't see this before posting that we will interact with what the Bible actually states, not your belief about how God's knowledge is (not my level of understanding of God too) That's my post.

@AdedoyinTweets Yes, it does give people the ability to think and choose, but they can only choose and think what he's made them to Because he knew them before he created them, so whatever they do after he created is simply what he knows they will do and what he created them to do

@MoabTheGreat You know if you want to sincerely deal with the position of a system, you cannot imagine what the system did not state. You must actually interact with what it actually states. We are discussing the God of the Bible not your belief about the knowledge of the God of the Bible.

@MoabTheGreat Does it include giving people ability to think, to make their own decisions, to act on their own or get support?

@MoabTheGreat Simply put: you are reading a strange concept of God into the Bible. It looks more like the Quranic God than a Biblical God. The Biblical God has the final say, but not the only say.

@MoabTheGreat Jer. 1: 4The word of the Lord came to me, saying, 5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,..” 6 “Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.” ---- This is an interaction of God and human happening in time. And this human is not a puppet
