I won my Criminal Revision Case against Aashram webseries producer Prakash Jha & Bobby Deol. The District Court, Jodhpur Metro on 14.08.2023 has set aside the order of Magistrate Court dated 17.11.2020, who had mechanically in a routine manner without stating the detailed reasons rejected my prayer seeking FIR u/s 295A & 153A IPC against Prakash Jha & Bobby Deol for hurting religious sentiments of Hindus and for promoting enmity between classes. The District Court, Jodhpur Metro has earlier issued Notice to Prakash Jha & Bobby Deol. Wherein, they subsequently appeared in the matter and filed their reply. Now the Court, after hearing both sides, passed order allowing my Criminal Revision Application by setting aside the order of Magistrate Court and directed the Magistrate Court to rehear me, in accordance with law, on the point of registration of FIR against Prakash Jha & Bobby Deol. I have requested the registration of an FIR under the relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against the speaker as well as the concerned YouTube channel. Additionally, I have sought the removal of the objectionable video(s) and a ban on the channel to prevent further dissemination of such content. @CPDelhi

Kejriwal has removed Raghav Chadha as the party’s deputy leader in the Rajya Sabha and has also informed the Speaker that Chadha should not be given time to speak on the party’s behalf. This was reportedly because Chadha wasn’t raising the issues the party wanted him to, but instead pushing his own drafted issues, allegedly for personal PR. Unless the BJP, which is known to take even the worst from others, brings him in, this is the end of Chadha’s political career. His Rajya Sabha tenure ends in two years, and after that, the AAP is not going to renominate him. But then, there’s always the BJP.
