@AggieAnth True, these are two separate factors. We updated our plan offering and sent an email in advance explaining this, that change is reflected in the charge you see on your upcoming subscription renewal so if you did not cancel the next renewal fee is based plan and price.

@IKEAUK first time item never left the warehouse no one notified me had to spend time trying to locate it. Second time arrived with key assembly parts missing. Really bad quality control more than a week later & still haven’t assembled the piece as waiting for those missing parts

@Deliveroo sounds like Deliveroo are scamming customers through the app, with food not being delivered but drivers marking as delivered making a customer refund impossible. There are countless complaints on the issue from customers on the company’s Twitter account.

@Deliveroo shocking service now you are charging customers without delivering food. Inexperienced driver tonight, delivered order elsewhere, lied about calling me and Deliveroo refuses to provide a refund. This is scam territory.
