What on earth has happened to Xavier Duursma?

It appears to me that the ESS supporter are largely in one of 2 camps 1. Back the club in the rebuild, play our youth, endure the pain, and believe in the long term outcome 2. Sack the coach - he has lost the senior players and we are no better than we were 4 years ago.

@PatrickRyen We've been the worst defensive side in the comp for years. We always see these videos of our midfielders freewheeling in pre season, the only message this video says to me is we can look forwad to yet another season where we get murdered on transition & are easy to score against.
