Is it too early to hire an appointment setter?
Most coaches are told to wait until…

It’s better to hire early
Train them
Give them sales superpowers
And unleash them on your account.
Then they can grow with you.

- a clear vision for growth within your brand
- clear daily SOPs
Oh, and of course they need sales training and ongoing support so they always improve and you don’t need to micromanage the shit out of them.
