@birgitomo I am sorry you are going through this. My last one a few years ago at 14 weeks, the hospital refused to give me a D&C and to wait it out. Had to have my own agency to set up an appointment at an abortion clinic instead. Hope the pain stops soon and am so sorry for your loss.

I'm beyond disgusted by the state of the health care system. The same system I toil in couldn't provide me with a D&C procedure after pregnancy loss because of the surgical backlog. Now, I'm left to suffer in pain after taking Misoprostol with the likelihood of retained products.

The victims had to ask the Church for the apology and travelled to the home of the wrongdoer to get it. It was the same with the Canadian Government. I honour those who went. I am just sad they had to go. The best apology is changed behaviour.

I’m with my eldest sister in hospital … she has a possible blood clot, blockage in the pulmonary artery, right lung isn’t taking in oxygen. Terribly frightening. We’re talking through worst case scenarios, probably unnecessary, but still. 😢 Please send prayers. 🙏🏼
