The Easter Crown event is not available to 5% of the Clash Royale players. Supercell is exploring options to distribute the event rewards to players who belong to the 5%. The reason is for A/B testing. Please see further explanation in the thread below.

@KeshavA2328 @ClashRoyale @PlasmaOnCR 5% of the players will not able to see the event for test purposes. I am sorry but it seems you belong to that 5%. We are thinking of a way to distribute the event rewards in a different way for a different time to those 5% atm. 🙏🏻

Completing Transition: 2023 Report It has been a busy few months at Plutus, here is what to expect in December: • Physical Card Orders • Direct Debits (€) • Two New Reward Levels • 24 Hour Ticket Response • Live Chat Support Additionally, GPay is in the final phase of QA at Visa. Expected this year but no guarantees. Customer Support At Plutus, we view customer support as an integral part of our product. Since August, we've faced a backlog due to an influx of transition-related tickets and a surge of new sign-ups, despite the lack of physical cards and marketing. This led to extended response times of up to 4 weeks or more at times. To address such scaling issues, we've expanded our CS team by over 40% and implemented structural changes. Starting December, anticipate a 24-hour response time on support tickets and live chat during working hours. To further enhance the product experience in Q1, live chat support will be available 24/7 with an average response time of 15 minutes. Compliance Bank-like features mean bank-like compliance! Over the past year, our audits have yielded valuable insights, enabling us to prevent over 100k PLU Rewards earned through misuse from entering circulation. Furthermore, through vigilant monitoring and collaboration with partners and authorities, we've ensured a secure and compliant environment for our customers. To mitigate compliance-related delays and enhance the overall experience, we've made strategic hires to lead various departments and integrated multiple monitoring systems to automate processes such as audits on rewards, fraud and AML checks. Necessary Changes I understand that, at times, there’s been frustration with some changes. These are essential steps in our journey to scale up and will prove beneficial. Transition: Changing our supplier meant introducing universal account balances, virtual cards and other upcoming bank-like features such as direct debits. Difficulty Adjustment: Initially planned for sustainability after reaching our first 100k customers this year, but amended as per the community feedback. This led to introduction of plans for a redeem feature, unlocking a higher rewards cap. Subscription Plan: Starting next year, we'll adjust our current underpriced plans to scale, maintain cost-effectiveness, and meet the increasing demand for bank-like features as we expand to our first million customers. We appreciate the continued support of our long standing customers and those who have recently joined us. After wrapping up December deliveries, next year's priorities (PlutusSwap + US Launch) promise more excitement.
