I hesitate to post this because I don't want to sound racist but I have to ask. Are these huge brawls in public between black people a cultural thing? Because you never really see a bunch of white people fighting in the street or in a public place like a mall or an airport or a restaurant. And the head-stomping part. I mean that's attempted murder.
