Utah is a NO VOTE state. Gov't Billionaires cut deals with Capitalist Billionaires against the peasants. It's a head trip to be a Gov't billionaire spending $125 Billion of peasant money per term. Two Parents with two college degrees, two jobs, and four children are to stupid to Vote in Utah. The elites must vote for them. "They know best." Utah Code 73-1-1: "All water in this state, whether above or below ground are hereby declared to be the property of the public." It's the Public's water. They have a legal right to vote on whether they want to use their water for Data Centers, Nuke Plants, etc. It's their right by law which is ignored. Why are No Votes allowed on Data Centers, Nuke Plants, $5 Billion to billionaire donors for Stadiums, moving the Prison on top of an old city dump in a West Nile Virus mosquito swamp, the $1.5 Billion longest gondola in the world, Tax Increases, The Olympics, or Recall Rights? In Colorado, the peasants have a legal right to vote on all tax increases, and recall elected officials. Colorado builds new reservoirs. In Utah, the peasants have no right to vote on tax increases, and no right to recall elected officials. Utah builds no new reservoirs in 40 years, and prays for rain. Utah claims it's more educate, more diverse, more righteous. What's the deal? Because the Public is barely smart enough to work two jobs and pay for stuff the elites, gov't Super Shoppers with other people's money taking a cut. Every 4 years we do get to vote on the anointed two for Governor in a pretend election rigged where the convention means nothing. Anyone with $200,000 can buy a place on the ballot. Today, Utahns (real ones) showed up at the Capitol in droves to show that we do not support massive data centers being built in our state to the benefit of Canadian wannabe billionaires. The fight is far from over. The EPA is proposing reforms to allow data centers and gas plants to break ground before even receiving a permit.
