💰 If you’re betting on Game 4 of the Finals tonight, read this. My analysis, stats and prop predictions for each team… 🟢 Boston Celtics Despite being down double figures in the first quarter of Game 3, the Celtics were simply too good and took it out 106-99. Tatum and Brown combined for 61 points, but Derrick White was the only other Celtic with double figures (16 points). On offense, they’ve clearly been attacking Luka, and it’s working. The Celtics have shot over 60% on plays with Luka as the primary defender, and he ended up fouling out in Game 3 too… I don’t see much changing defensively here for Boston. Kyrie and Luka combined for 62 points but even that wasn’t enough. The only way the Mavs can win is if both Luka and Kyrie go off. Jaylen Brown had 8 rebounds from 16 chances. I like him for another 6+ tonight. He’s also shown some incredible playmaking ability in two straight games, with another 8 assists after 7 in Game 2. I’m still not fully convinced, but his assists line at 4.5 is pretty tempting… Jayson Tatum had his lowest rebounding total for the whole Playoffs with just 6. I expect that number to jump tonight. I think he will be super aggressive with his shot tonight as they try to wrap up the series. I know he says he doesn’t care, but Tatum needs a big game to win Finals MVP over Jaylen Brown. Props to consider: 👉🏼 Derrick White points 👉🏼 Jayson Tatum points 👉🏼 Jaylen Brown assists 👉🏼 Jrue Holiday rebounds 🔵 Dallas Mavericks I think this game will go one of two ways… 1️⃣ The Mavs show some fight and win a close game. 2️⃣ Boston gets ahead early and the Mavs give up, leading to a blowout. Luka has a fair bit to prove here, with his defense and attitude coming under question. In terms of betting on Luka and Kyrie, it’s hard to look past their points lines. Luka had 6 assists last game but just 8 potentials, and Kyrie had 2 assists from 7 potentials. Dereck Lively had a pretty huge Game 3, and he’s clearly the better option at center over Daniel Gafford at the moment. Lively had an insane 26 rebound chances, converting 13 of them in Game 3. He also had 11 points on 5-6 shooting in 30 minutes. +375 for him to record a Double Double tonight looks pretty nice to me. Props to consider: 👉🏼 Luka Doncic 30+ points 👉🏼 Kyrie Irving points 👉🏼 Dereck Lively rebounds 👉🏼 PJ Washington Rebounds Overall prediction: No team has ever come back from 3-0 down in the Playoffs, and it’s not going to happen this series. Celtics Moneyline at plus money is pretty tempting.
