Moving towards a post-hobbit future. Horripilant in the Heartland.

It's almost impossible to view these people as anything other than insecure downwardly-mobile losers afraid of competition from more talented immigrants.

@curtis_yarvin Okay good so we keep the flag and the founding.

the left wing “I fucking hate muh american imperialism Xi Jinping pls save Gaza” china guy vs the right wing “I think factories and pragmatic governance are neat :)” china guy

The urban core generates almost all of a typical U.S. city's tax revenue but most of it goes to fund roads, sewer lines, power lines et al in suburbs. If suburbs paid for themselves, rather than leaching off the city, I think a lot more people would be live and let live on this.

Insane scenes in NYC following heavy rain.

American suburbia would be acceptable if: - Bike infrastructure connected it to local train stations - It had frequent commercial areas - It wasn’t a cultural desert - It didn’t represent 80% of the urban footprint

My grandpop raised five kids on a welder’s salary in a home on ten acres with a pond in the middle. He had fourwheelers, campers, a boat, tons of fishing and hunting gear. And I logon to X to see some boomer telling me to start packing my lunch if I want a better life.

This is bc they do not have the time or capacity to create home cooked meals. It’s an issue countless ppl have tried to raise w leftists but big leftists online continue to shame/abuse poor ppl for being forced to rely on these services for meals, which act as a tax on the poor

@revenant_MMXX 100% someone link that tweet of the guy going "At this point, if the communist party has an open plan for young white men, Ill become a commissar and walk people into gulag for a living."

America’s Bicentennial was a huge deal in spite of a horrible economy, high crime, an unpopular president, and the country reeling from Vietnam and Watergate. The economy, Iran, and other current events don’t explain the lack of interest in America250. It would still be ignored, possibly even more so, under President Kamala

This misunderstands boomer hoarding, which is generally an extension of a SCARCITY mindset. “If I throw this out or sell it or give it away, I may not be able to reobtain it in the future for a reasonable price. I’ll keep it.” It takes security to part with “stuff” comfortably

Alright i’m going to say it… American Suburbia is one of the most over hated things on this app.
