@ECRlyHJP @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia Train No. 13019 is waiting from last 1 hour at Ekma station. 4 trains are crossed but still it's waiting.We are travelling with babies, just show some courtesy and provide signal to start. This is really frustrating.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @ECRlyHJP @drm_lko travelling with train 15027. No cleaning staff has attended the train till now, toilets are become like hell. Just complained on number given on door, and he has replied ki staff Aaj train me nahi gaya hai. Look in to it.

@agoda i have cancelled my ticket PNR XQNVQW on 21st Nov but haven't received the refund amount. I have already written an email but haven't received any response.This kind of behaviour is really disgusting. Process the refund amount immediately without any delay.

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva @AshwiniVaishnaw train 18201 has been diverted but it's not getting running signals to operate, really frustrating.If you don't have proper signal system,the trains should be cancelled instead of route diversion.Atleast passenger can see alternative

@Olacabs your driver has cancelled the booking after 20 minutes waiting. This is so irritating. You should hire professional drivers otherwise you should clear add a map on your app which identifies that where you will go and where not.
