@DezerayCherel When I feel myself getting anxious and can identify it before it gets intense baths help, smells in general. Lighting a candle, wash your face. Things that keep my mind busy help avoid it too. Puzzles, painting. Right now I’m doing one of those intense diamond paintings. 😂
