After a rough molting season my chickens are laying again!

Started staining the deck today 🙂

Planted the garden this weekend! We are zone 4 so it is usually around Memorial Day for us.

@mountainwesttax Consumers have been tricked into thinking touch screens and high tech are better, but I remember when that shit first came out and we all hated it. The reason all the buttons and knobs are gone and replaced by a touch screen is because it's cheaper. It's not better at all.

idea: a compact SUV with 4WD for less than $25k no lane assistance, no screens, minimal computers, knobs for radio and temp control

My Bielefelder chicken did not lay a lot over the summer, but now that winter is here she rarely misses a day!

Our rooster died valiantly yesterday defending his flock. He was an excellent rooster for almost 3 years. I believe it was a possum and we are at war now.
