💔💔WANDERING SINCE OCTOBER IN THE SAME AREA OF DUBLIN💔💔 3 days we spent watching this little girl and trying to get her to warmth and safety. A lovely lady alerted us 4 days ago, she was trying to coax this little dog into her house since October when she noticed her arrive in the estate she lived in. She wandered around looking for food daily, then ran to hide in a near by school if frightened. She never came to anyone 💔💔💔 An older girl with a big sore on her side, our hearts broke for her 💔💔 Yesterday morning we finally got her…we just couldn’t believe we had her, she is so little and so terrified 💔 We have been out all over the Christmas period helping animals, we couldn’t close for Christmas and to the ones that did it’s so sad and heartbreaking 😡 ANIMALS DO NOT TAKE HOLIDAYS! Lyndon some of the points you make are not unreasonable but Keir Starmer and ‘this government’ neither invented inheritance tax (Nigel Lawson 1986) nor froze it from 2009. The threshold that applies to your children is the £325k which Gordon Brown raised it to in 2009 and which was then frozen by successive govts. True this govt has continued with and extended that freeze. But that does not affect your children’s mother’s estate.

I have been sorting out my kids inheritance tax after their mother passed 6 weeks ago. What a nightmare and so unfair in every way. 1. Gifts going back 7 years taxed at 40%. 7 years if bank statements. 2. 6 months to pay IHT bill whilst burying, grieving, getting valuations, gathering 7 years bank statement, 6 months of bills, prepping house for sale (to pay the tax they have to sell their home), court then probate, selling the house. Just 6 months to do this or 7.5-8.5% interest applies!!! It’s an impossible target to meet. 3. Content valuation of table chairs, pictures and ornaments taxed at 40% This is money she paid a huge tax bill on just 3 years ago after my 32 years of work building a business and giving out over 5,000 jobs. Now just 3 years later another 40% (after tax free amount £325k jointly). It’s theft in every way. My kids (young adults) life horrified and created a lot of anxiety trying to get things valued and sold whilst burying their mother. Disgusting @Keir_Starmer a disgrace the human race and my country. Get out or get thrown out.
