@easyJet can some explain to me a flight that should of landed at LTN @ 01:05 which actually landed @ 04:30 was less than 3 hours late after we were diverted to MXP to get a replacement crew as the original crew was out of hour Stop making excuses and pay our compensation claim

@easyJet it’s not good that I find out from a flight app that our flight from SSH to LTN is being diverted to MXP with zero information on wether that’s a layover or a crew change it’s simply not good enough no idea when we’ll actually get back to LTN

@marny2473 @bhx_official Equipment doesn’t operate itself the staff actually have to get to the airport snow clearing is an additional duty that staff from various departments volunteer to do there are a finite number of staff with an airside driving licence

@bhx_official With the amount of snow clearing equipment you have, plus the forecast was plain to see for everyone, you should have been better prepared to avoid any disruption at all.

@MikeyPB @bhx_official Yeah let’s put highly corrosive salt on the runway so the really expensive aircraft can be corroded. Don’t use ploughs either because it damages the AGL system snow is brushed off using specialist equipment.
