Terrible service from @British_Airways They don't care about customers. A weekend in Venice ruined due to cancelled flight. Some passengers given a flight 10hrs later, but I was offered a flight 24hrs later. They didn't even cover the taxi to and from the airport. Just 10gbp

Later, @IndiGo6E emailed asking for our itinerary, passport & boarding pass to connect the baggage to Tokyo via Vietnam Airlines. We cooperated immediately. Then came written assurance that baggage would be sent on flight 6E 3816.

Fast forward 7 days later: still no baggage, vague responses, no clear updates. We are in Japan for a 15-day trip without clothes, essentials, and medicines. My eczema medication was in the luggage, and my condition has worsened significantly. @IndiGo6E

When we reached HYD for our international connection, we discovered IndiGo had failed to transfer/load our baggage. At the HYD, IndiGo staff acknowledged it was their mistake, registered our complaint, and assured us the luggage would be delivered directly to our hotel in Tokyo.

Thread 1/1:Our shocking experience with @IndiGo6E baggage mishandled. My husband & I travelled Nagpur → Hyd (indigo) to Hanoi to tokyo (Vietnam airlines) for a 15-day Japan trip. At Nagpur, our baggage was accepted, tagged, and placed for loading by IndiGo staff in front of us.
