The people of Sanghar came out in great numbers to endorse our 10 point Awami Muashi Muahida, which promises to close down 17 federal ministries and end untargeted subsidies that benefit the elite. We will redirect those funds to programs that help and empower women, the poor, the landless, laborers, farmers, and the youth. It is time for Pakistan to set down a new path, one that works for the people rather than exploits them.

I am highly obliged to my party leadership, to Chairman PPP @BBhuttoZardari to President PPPP @AAliZardari and to Adi @FaryalTalpurPk for giving me the most precious gift a political worker could wish, a party ticket for #NA202 #Khairpur I. I am also grateful to my team in #Khairpur, to party workers, and most importantly my voters who have been a huge source of support, always. As a worker, I consider Peoples Party’s strength is its contact with the people and a direct contest will give me the opportunity to communicate and to deliver the program of the party as announced by our Chairman: a new way of politics, free from divisive and toxic rhetoric, and multidimensional welfare and development, encompassing farmers, youth and women. If voted to represent the people of my constituency, my very first vote in the #NationalAssembly will be, God willing, for Chairman @BBhuttoZardari to the office of #PrimeMinister of #Pakistan, which is for me personally, a dream, a mission, a promise and finally the best hope for fulfillment of a people’s agenda for Pakistan.
