There is a video circulating of a milk delivery driver in Kenya who was seen pouring out gallons of milk that he was supposed to deliver to customers.
The driver had been employed by a local dairy business owner. His job was to collect the milk stock each day and deliver it to various customers.
At the end of the month, despite working every day as agreed, the employer paid him only half of his salary. When the driver asked for the remaining amount, the boss threatened to fire him and hire someone else who would accept the lower pay.
Today, as usual, the driver went to collect the day's stock. After driving just a few metres with the vehicle fully loaded with milk jars, he stopped and poured out all the milk.
Many Kenyans are calling the driver petty, saying the employer should sue him because destroying stock worth far more than his Kes 12K withheld salary is unjustifiable.

Glad to join the family and friends of Mwalimu Samuel Chebii and Madam Linah Chebii on the graduation of their daughter Sheila J Chebii who graduated on double Major of Economics and Finance from Kabarak University. Sheila scored A’s for all her math subjects. She has an aptitude for math and loves it. And currently a sales intern at @JubileeInsKE while studying for CPA before starting off her CFA. I see an investment banker in her and more - working around the globe. I have so much hope in our young people! I encourage Sheila and our people to go back to the true meaning of Education - from greek word "educare," meaning to train or to mold for which our recent graduates have begun their journey of life long learning on and “Educere” : & "educere," meaning to “lead out” that I believe even counts more. To solve the challenge we face today - lack of income in our pockets and jobs / opportunities to really “lead out” or “bring forth” This will require an attitude and action orientation on everyone in their own small way to to : -Produce -Create -Build a Career in whatever field you find aptitude and interest in -Create a company like @QuestworksKenya -Build out a community programme like @mentorthon Some people will write. Others will start a business. Some may get jobs in government and or private sector. Others will grow coffee or Avocado or Dairy. Whatever you do today, create. Bring forth. Lead out. And embrace a lifelong learning attitude

been deep down this rabbit hole building a machine interface for a while.
digging into how machines actually talk from the root level. how cars expose data, what is useful, what is noise, what different brands hide, what breaks when you move from one machine to another.
from messy wires on a breadboard, to 3 hardware iterations, long hardware logistics, and now a simple plug-in device that can make machines easier to understand.
less surprises. better memory. clearer signals.
health, faults, usage, trips, maintenance, what changed, what needs attention.
still got multiple reps left, but it’s good enough now to start putting it in the hands of real users.

@mungaikihanya @jwahinya @DavidNdii We can collect the levy for the EV during renewal of insurance. Just make it mandatory to feed the current mileage and it populates based on previous km done and charge based on a rate of litres equivalent....but this will need to have a foolproof system.
