@sphcs_news seriously. Now your phone system is not working?!? I get transferred to random extensions. Medical Records said “we never receive faxes from the nurses station”. Also faxes!?! Is this how we run a hospital in 2021?

@sphcs_news dad has been there for a week. He is incapacitated, and I (his son) have still seen no records, test results, or anything. Filled out request for records on Thursday 6/10

@sphcs_news my Dad has been in the hospital for 3 days because of an fall and head trauma. The attending doctor refuses to speak with me. I need to know about his condition because my dad is out of it and cannot reach friends and Family. PLEASE HELP!

You may be confused by some information you are seeing on social media on the application process. Here are the facts: 1. The best way to apply for benefits is online at unemployment.labor.ny.gov. 2. You will receive ALL benefits you are entitled to, including backdated payments.

Q: I was receiving benefits, but they stopped. What’s going on? A: The DOL may have received information impacting your eligibility. Respond to any questionnaires, messages & calls from us ASAP. Continue to certify weekly and do not use VPN or internet anonymizer services.
