What is one thing you know you should stop eating or using but have not been able to let go of yet?
It's probably diet soda. You told yourself the zero calories made it fine. But have you looked at what artificial sweeteners actually do to gut bacteria and insulin response??
We all have that one thing we are rationalizing.
Name yours here. Not so I can judge you. So you can hear yourself say it out loud. That is usually all it takes to finally make the change.
