It's very naive to not understand NATO = USA defense contractors and we are doing everything to provoke Putin by putting more and bases at their border, including trying for Ukraine. What if BRICS put Chinese and Russian bases at Mexican and Canadian border?? Said US cannot be trusted based on what they have done in Iraq Somalia Afghanistan... We would have WW3 instantly.

You have just listed the exact Military Industrial Complex propaganda marketing campaign (Putin bad! More $$ for Ukraine) Putin is NOT a good person. But we have surrounded his border with NATO (US) bases after in the 90s promising not to place any NATO bases east of Berlin. Ask the Middle East who is more of a threat- the US (who have decimated several countries in BS regime change wars) or Russia. US is just as culpable and the defense contractors are making billions.

He’s an imperialist and a dictator. It’s that simple. If you think otherwise, then you have been exposed to russian propaganda.

There is no evidence for the assertion that Vladimir Putin wants to erase Ukraine off the map. To the contrary, Putin offered a ceasefire and peace if Ukraine would withdraw its troops to the administrative boundaries of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson and cease making claims on Crimea and drop its efforts to join NATO. It was not Ukraine defending itself when Volodymyr Zelenskyy threatened to host nuclear weapons in Ukraine triggering the war 3 years ago. Russia defended itself under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.
