No White Lie White people in South Africa are the most ungrateful people on the planet Not only did we (or our forefathers) steal land and racially oppress black South Africans but we never asked for forgiveness for apartheid crimes against humanity Nelson Mandela and the ANC extended a hand of reconciliation to white South Africans and yet we have never repented for apartheid or made reparations And now we have this right wing Afriforum (protector of white supremacy) asking US President for sanctions against South Africa Unbelievable - I have long said whites in South Africa have no moral compass In a “free” South Africa white people have remained highly privileged while black South Africans languish in poverty (manufactured in apartheid)

The craziest thing about life is that we’re all waiting to die, everything we’re currently keeping ourselves busy with is just distraction. Ultimately death awaits us, that’s the only certain thing about life.

Yes with money you can afford therapy and activities that can keep you distracted but ultimately when you’re all alone in silence, it’ll all come back to haunt you.

Money is like a drug, it’s addictive (you can never have enough) & it makes you feel good for a period of time but it doesn’t fill the void or remove the traumas that make you feel anxious, sad & depressed.
