@BTS_AHC Depends ….Sometimes a silly thing feels so intense I need to tell someone to clear my head & feel less worried…but other times I just keep worries to myself until I can make them dormant or, if I’m very lucky, make them disappear forever….

@BTS_AHC Both.
I feel an urgency to do and see what I want because I feel like anything can happen and derail your life. (I am in my later 50’s and have depression and anxiety that I am being treated for and it is going well) my adult daughters help me too with a different perspective.
