From what I can tell, the two that seem by far most palatable to your audience are (in your words) (i) fragment world and (ii) more capitalism (I admit the results of this specific poll conflict with this, but my guess is that this is (i) "improve key params" being a very obfuscated way to refer to the above, and (ii) the specific choices of which key params you improve mattering a lot, eg. return of war is plausibly more bad than the other options combined are good) I would parse that as: you want to figure out institutions that allow more cultural experimentation and innovation to happen at all levels, where the selection function is more driven by "doing" than "talking" Would be interesting to come up with more specific institutional proposals in that regard
