Blue Heron Silent Friend Two Seasons, Two Strangers The President's Cake Magellan A Poet I Swear These are some of my fav movies from this year so far.

Last few movies i watched: Lemonade Blessing: weird and uncomfortable coming of age but i really enjoyed. 7/10 Mother Mary: I liked the first half more. End was kinda vague and put me out of it but good overall. 7.5/10 Hokum: It's good but didn't enjoy Adam Scott in this. 6/10

@khogayehumyahan Yeppp. They should've incorporated it more and showed them becoming better or more evolved due to it but didn't for some reason. And supporting characters esp Vismay wasn't really developed so many scenes lacked real impact. Needed better writers i guess a

@Batwayne_ loved the japan/fuji as a character theme I wish they explored that more instead of whatever the fuck they were doing and like everytime I thought ok so this is what broke them up it wasn't ..... clearly overstayed their welcome

Last few movies i watched: Toh Ti Ani Fuji: It was good but very direct and lacked depth. Good one time watch. 6/10 Silent Friend: it's simple and has some compelling moments but the usual anthology issues are here. 7/10 Faces of death: interesting and kinda fun. 6/20

Devil wears Prada 2: Not entertaining at all and it didn't even serve. 3.5/10 Forbidden Fruits: Needed some more meat in the material. Victoria Pedretti please do more movies. 6/10

Blue Heron should be number 1 on this list. Easily the best movie I've seen this year and i think it will be nearly impossible for any other movie to better it. Really incredible and transformative movie.
