He accused Nawab Mujahed Alam Khan and his father Nawab Mahboob Alam Khan of illegally occupying Waqf lands and constructing educational institutions on the disputed properties. According to Farhan, his father had filed several legal cases challenging the alleged encroachments and had continued pursuing the matter despite repeated threats. Farhan also alleged that nearly six months ago, one of the accused came to their office and threatened him directly. He further claimed that their offices had been attacked multiple times in the past. Expressing fear over the family’s safety, Farhan said that if anything happens to him or any member of his family, those named by him should be held responsible. He appealed to the Telangana government and Hyderabad Police to provide immediate security protection to the family in the wake of the incident. Hyderabad Police have registered a case and further investigation is underway.


Advocate Khaja Mohiuddin Killed in Suspected Targeted Car Attack in #Hyderabad In a shocking incident reported from #MasabTank, advocate Khaja Mohiuddin was allegedly killed after being rammed by a car in a suspected targeted attack linked to an ongoing #WaqfLand dispute. According to police, Mohiuddin had stepped out of his house on Saturday morning and was about to leave in his car when another vehicle allegedly hit him from behind at high speed. He sustained severe injuries in the incident and was immediately shifted to a hospital by locals. However, he later succumbed while undergoing treatment. The accused reportedly fled the spot soon after the attack. DCP Rakshitha Krishna Murthy said preliminary investigation indicates that the murder may have been planned by a land mafia group following disputes between the advocate and two individuals connected to a controversial Waqf property issue in #Malakpet. Police sources stated that the suspects already have several complaints registered against them, including allegations of threatening and targeting lawyers in the past. #CCTV footage of the incident has reportedly been secured, and Hyderabad Police have registered a case and launched a detailed investigation. According to local residents, the accused forcibly dragged the woman into a Mahindra Thar vehicle and fled from the spot. Witnesses immediately alerted the police by calling Dial 100. Police teams launched a chase from Attapur towards the #Aramghar crossroads, but the suspects managed to escape after allegedly evading the cops. Officials faced difficulty in tracing the vehicle as the Thar reportedly did not have a number plate.
