$VVV is pretty much the best type of coin- seemingly under owned, great fundamentals, relevant narrative, and just keeps grinding higher, leaving most of us sidelined because we aren't top blasting at these levels. I am not firing here and haven't traded it since the $6s but insane moves, congrats to all who were in it.

Portugal 🇵🇹 Very concerning. TVDE drivers (Uber, Bolt, etc.) are turning the Superchargers in Loulé and Alcantarilha into essentially private charging stations. They’re even creating their own queues, jumping the normal line and charging ahead of other cars. It has become an extremely unpleasant situation, and Tesla really needs to take more effective action because the likelihood of further incidents or confrontations is extremely high. Also, we cant give any written feedback via App so the best we can do is labelling as bad as possible the charging session which is far from ideal @TeslaCharging @teslaeurope @elonmusk

@StevenBartlett You’ve lost me as a listener. Hosting Steve K is fine, but completely avoiding pushback on key areas is unacceptable. It undermines your credibility as a podcaster and journalist, especially since you’ve demonstrated you’re capable of that kind of rigorous questioning with other guests. You chose not to do it with him. .

Hyperliquid is about to unlock another 7 figures/day in revenue. The part nobody is pricing in? HIP-4 = options. TradFi does billions of options contracts for a reason. Billions and billions of untapped volume. Volume = fees = buybacks towards $HYPE = loaded spring Hyperliquid

@PromptLLM wow that's amazing to increase HRV that much! I already have a whoop but I haven't found their data analytics / suggestions that helpful. Didn't know you could export csv! Will give it a go - any go to prompts to get the best actionable insights?

I dump my whoop csv data over the last month or so into Claude then Claude will ask my questions about my day to day life and habits And then it will apply the patero principle telling me the 20% of things to focus more on to get a higher HRV And then also the stuff to cut when I first bought one my HRV was 20-35. Now it’s 50+ and the difference is incredible

highly recommend if you are interested on the effects of the below to buy a whoop and optimize your HRV. it’s the greatest metric and indicator for how well regulated your nervous system is.
