How I built a Polymarket weather bot on the example of a bot that quietly turns $200 into $37,000.

Nobody talks about weather markets. They’re “boring.” Which is exactly why the bots are eating them.

Here’s how it works:
1. It compares two probabilities, not predictions.
P_model = what real weather data says will happen (NOAA + meteo APIs)
P_market = what Polymarket traders currently believe
The gap between them is the entire trade.
2. The formula is two lines:
BUY YES if P_model > P_market + T
BUY NO if P_model < P_market − T
T is a threshold. Below it, the edge is too thin to cover fees. Above it free money.
3. Only four cities.
Buenos Aires. London. New York. LA.
Deepest liquidity. Best NOAA data. Widest gap between casual traders and real forecasts. Other cities collapse the edge.
4. The edge isn’t permanent.
Weather markets are inefficient right now because nobody serious is trading them. When more bots arrive, the gap compresses.
Until then the math keeps printing.
It’s that the most profitable strategies on Polymarket are sitting in the markets nobody wants to trade.
