@GWRHelp why do you pretend to run the same service on Sunday? Constantly on relief lines, stuck behind stopping services and a 25 minute journey takes 40+ minutes. Just admit you don't staff it properly on Sundays and adjust your route times accordingly

@GWRHelp, what is going on at Twyford. Points failure and three trains all held for 1 hour. Told 40 mins ago, we are going back to Maidenhead as we watch all the trains go down the relief line that left Paddington 1 hour later. £670 per month, for no seats and constant delays

@British_Airways you ruined our family holiday 8 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for an update on my claim. Do I need to go via a third party to get you to resolve it? You closed the case with no contact or compensation and I had to ask you to reopen it 4 weeks ago. Hopeless

@British_Airways 55 hours of delays on 3 flights, 1 cancellation, 1 lost bag, 2 days stuck in Italy, 1 hour on a plane with no air con with a 5 month old baby and a 5 year old. I've travelled with BA for 25 years and have never had such a terrible experience... sort it out

@British_Airways Still waiting for the bag 5 days later... flying in 36 hours. Will have to buy all of the things we need tomorrow morning to be ready to fly on Sunday. What a pathetic response from BA

@British_Airways Thanks but it's no help, I've tried to call to get and update on my lost bag with all of my wife's clothes, make up and jewellery, babies clothing, toys, maternal equipment, medicine etc but I get told to follow the QR code that has no update. I'm flying in 4 days now

@Jaguar My 2018 F-Pace wouldn't start in May. Had it taken to a Jaguar garage to be repaired, and 9 weeks later, I'm still waiting for parts. How in 2024 can a car manufacturer who brand themselves as luxury take 9 weeks and still no ETA for parts. Please help me out!!!

@bankofengland do you not put wage inflation as a direct effect of interest rates being higher? Your policies are making young workers demand pay to cover their huge mortgages. We've flipped from the effect to the cause and it will continue until you bring interest rates down.

@MartinSLewis I bought a car from Cazoo in February for £20+k. Car wouldn't start at the start of May and has been stuck at Jaguar for 4 weeks now with no eta on a fix and big bill pending. Can't contact Cazoo, can't make a rejection and no response from Ombudsman. PLEASE HELP!
