Your internet bill is grossly overpriced. What do you have 10000000 gbps Download? 4. Your electric is $270? Is your place 6K sqft? Turn the damn lights off. Set your thermostat at 66. My house is 3000 sqft.. Both my wife and I work from home. We have multiple computers running all day everyday. And our electric never goes over $200 a month. Even with AC running. You cant do anything about the pricing of rent or car insurance really. And your water bill is fine. So you need to do other things to offset what you can.

How am I supposed to pay; $1,650 rent $270 power $100 water $260 internet $120 car insurance EVERY MONTH while making less than $20 an hour???

I bought my first house in ‘92. Newly married with two incomes. It was a massive struggle (much higher interest rates) almost no disposable income. Older used cars with no payments. No cell phone/internet/streaming (none of that even existed). Zero fast food or coffee shops. It can be done, but it takes two incomes and a LOT of sacrifice!
