@espressofreakh @caloriesproper2 Nobody dies from steroids. They are actually pretty safe drugs for the most part. People die because they abuse steroids along with other drugs and they get too big and heavy for their frame. Testosterone, Deca, and Anavar are wonder, drugs for so many issues when use correctly.

@MarcLobliner I loved talking to Patrick. We texted a lot about all sorts of crazy and interesting stuff in the world of performance enhancement. I’m really gonna miss him. I didn’t know you got a chance to work with him. That’s really cool.

The industry lost a legend. Patrick Arnold has pioneered so many things that it’s hard to even list. I was fortunate that he was one of my first friends in the industry. I worked with his company, Ergopharm,while at Weider and also formulated some products with him early in my career. Funny story - one time Patrick called me and told me he is sending a topical cream, wouldn’t tell me what it was, and told me how to take it. To this day I have no idea what it was, but I gained a few pounds of muscle off of it. 😂 Patrick wasn’t the most religious man, but we should all say a prayer for him and his family.

Interesting fact: the guy who died in the recent Mr Beast video died of “Mitragynine Toxicity” according to the autopsy - a.k.a he overdosed on 7OH. This was previously almost impossible with normal leaf Kratom, but not anymore. Imagine if they made synthetic super weed that’s addictive and can kill you - that is what 7OH is to Kratom.

@iansmithfitness We need to get rid of the stigma that testosterone is dangerous. Ironically the biggest customer for testosterone is Planned Parenthood and the reason is for “gender affirming care”, but it’s frowned upon for men wanting to be manly. We need to Make America Jacked Again!

It's funny to think that for the past 50 years or more, testosterone has been demonized and TRT as a treatment has been subverted while doctors and insurance put young girls on female hormonal birth control. Hormonal birth control comes with mood changes, depression, weight gain, headaches/migraines, breast tenderness and changes, nausea/vomiting, irregular bleeding, blood clot risk, changes in vaginal health, and links to other long term health conditions. The only benefit is mitigated risk of having children, which can be accomplished in a number of safer ways, TRT has countless benefits for men and women - pretty much the opposite of everything listed above, and more - with negligible risks when done properly. One has been lied about and demonized, the other has been handed out like candy to literal children. Weird, huh?

@jk_rowling I live in Davis, CA. I saw 2 “trans” kids today at the grocery store. It was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. My nephew also told me he has 4 trans kids in his class and he’s 10. There are also 5 or 6 furries and you’re not allowed to make fun of them or you get suspended.

There are no trans kids. No child is 'born in the wrong body'. There are only adults like you, prepared to sacrifice the health of minors to bolster your belief in an ideology that will end up wreaking more harm than lobotomies and false memory syndrome combined.
