Public service, for me, is a conscious commitment to impact lives, shaped by experience in both private and public sectors. It is demanding work defined by persistence, responsibility and purpose, where progress often comes after sustained effort against doubt and resistance. I have also learned that leadership is not only about delivery but about people; safeguarding mental wellbeing, staying grounded in healthy habits and remaining connected to communities, especially the youth and emerging leaders. Ultimately, setbacks are part of the journey, and it helps to remember that challenges are shared experiences, not personal isolation.

How we missed CP in this child is not ok.

We have seen autistic individuals thrive when their natural strengths are recognized rather than reshaped. Their focus, consistency, and attention to detail are not limitations. They are valuable contributions when given the right environment. This leads us to reflect on a deeper question.
