Should coffee shops be told to stop serving coffee? Many sell basic essentials (bread / food) but is #Coffee a necessity? Many people I see in the coffee shop near me are just buying coffee - an unnecessary risk. Imagine if shop was compromised - how many cups increase spreading?

@ulif Yes, as far as I know the VFs are within the rules officially though? A recumbent is not. So within the rules, buying a UCI legal F12 or Canyon Aeroad vs spending $250 on VFs is the same difference?

@BlackLewis UCI rules have a weight limit and specify geometry limits so eg recumbents aren’t allowed, neither are aerobars.

How does this work with #bikes? Spending $thousands on lighter / stiffer bikes that significantly improve power transfer and/or aero gains = free speed. Is that not the equivalent of the vaporfly? I certainly go quicker uphill with a light bike, and faster with aero...
