BITCOIN DEPOT FILES FOR CHAPTER 11, SHUTS DOWN BITCOIN ATM NETWORK Bitcoin Depot, one of the largest Bitcoin ATM operators in the US, has initiated a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy process to wind down operations and sell its assets. CEO Alex Holmes said the company faced mounting pressure from an increasingly hostile regulatory environment, including stricter compliance rules, lower transaction limits, lawsuits, enforcement actions, and outright bans on Bitcoin ATMs in some jurisdictions. The company said its entire Bitcoin ATM network has now been taken offline as part of the court-supervised restructuring process.

If you have $10 million in a high-yield savings account, you’re pulling $500,000 a year in interest for doing literally nothing. Why are you on here?
