@BoringauditorLA @valleonardcomc1 The fires didn’t involve a company being negligent, it was a natural disaster. This company is liable and they will be expected to pay the price especially when people sue.

I was one of the affected people by the Garden Grove Incident. Let me just tell you authorities are kind of being sneaky about this crap. I wonder if the contents are actually what they say it is? One thing is for sure my hotel fees are racking up and there’s no end in sight!

@alexdatig It sounds like it's going to explode soon. I live near there but outside the evac zone, have friends who have evacuated, thankfully, I think their homes will be ok. Thank you for all of your video & reporting.

HAPPENING NOW: GKN Aerospace facility. About 20+ fireman present in full fire gear with oxygen tanks. They asked me to put on all of my protective equipment to be there. But after I did, they said it was too dangerous and that they were planning to leave. I am leaving the area because it does seem that the situation is escalating.

Thanks to @joevezz’s live updated map (Thank you) you can see the yellow evacuation zone, and the path that the winds are currently blowing if this tank explodes (and experts are expecting it to). If you’re curious, I’ve marked a red dot where I live, and another where… I work.

There was a comment on this somewhere about how Disney would shelter people underground. I really hate to break it to yall but there is no “underground” at Disneyland. Sure there’s storage spaces and what not, but there’s not space for thousands of people.
Garcia@GarciaCap

🚨If you’re planning a Disneyland trip or know anyone who is, consider cancelling. A hazmat emergency in Garden Grove has a 7,000-gallon methyl methacrylate tank at risk of explosion. If it explodes, it will release a toxic plume affecting a large part of Orange County.

@Duck_Danno Im not worried about how long they have been in business. I am sure they are profitable. I just think they should have more scrutiny for factories that contain such dangerous products. Im sure there were those that said the same about Johns-Manville with asbestos.

@rascal113646 I doubt it since the Palisades fire out here a lot of insurance companies have ditched CA. Many that stayed have raised prices and lowered their coverage so who knows! 🤷🏻‍♂️ I doubt it since nothing has actually happened to the property yet.

@MoniqueJac88196 Its sad but they run a business. The local governments that passed this things inspection and the company that put profits over safety should dish out payment!

We had a saying for HazMat incidents like this when I worked, Methyl Ethyl Bad Shit! The chemical involved is Methyl Methacrylate (MMA). Here's more info that includes the mandatory evacuation zones. It's in Garden Grove & bordering Stanton, Orange County, CA. Methyl methacrylate (MMA) is a clear, colorless industrial liquid monomer used primarily to produce acrylic plastics and resins. Because it has exothermic properties, it creates its own heat. If it gets too hot, it can undergo a process called violent auto-polymerization, which creates extreme pressure and a severe risk of an explosion. Key Risks of MMA Vapors: - Severe Inhalation Hazard: Breathing in the concentrated vapors causes intense irritation to the nose, throat, and lungs. High concentrations can lead to pulmonary edema (fluid in the lungs) and can be fatal. - High Flammability: The vapors are highly volatile and catch fire easily. If an ignition source hits the vapor cloud, it can trigger a massive flash fire. - Extreme Chemical Odor: It carries an incredibly sharp, pungent, fruity odor. This odor travels fast with the wind, which is why people miles away from the Garden Grove site are reporting a strong plastic smell. The Safe Bounding Box For Today's Evacuation: - If you are anywhere inside these four streets, you are ordered to leave immediately: - North Boundary: Orangewood Avenue - South Boundary: Garden Grove Boulevard - East Boundary: Dale Street - West Boundary: Springdale Avenue

@friesfoodsleep It will be there unless it blows up. Crazy how they sent a city inspector for some house mods I was doing yet they look the other way with crooked companies that put their profits over the communities safety.

@BoringauditorLA That pisses me off. When this thing is over and hopefully nothing too extreme, that facility should not be there anymore….but we know it’ll stay :(

@n89928 I wholeheartedly agree and you know what? The community ends up paying for these crooked government officials and these companies that put their profits above the safety of their employees and communities they operate in.

@ItsAllFake26 @davestwittylife I honestly believe it I think it will be similar to when LA had the controlled firework detonation that took out several homes. The worry is that they actually dont know what they have on their hands.

@inversewire Letting people back into their homes only to evacuate again. Not keeping us updated and postponing press conferences. Not being clear about the leak some news outlets say there is a leak others say there isnt one. Some say its 7k gallons others 36k gallons etc
