April is World Autism Acceptance Month. Our theme this year at Wales High School is ‘From Awareness to Acceptance’ because being aware is easy, making a change and accepting is essential. We will be spending time during the month talking about neurodiversity and inclusion 🔵🟡

🏡Willows Visit was highly successful! All students worked really hard with the help from Miss Scothern and Mr Warne. Learning to make toast and buying their own ingredients 🛒 Huge well done! 👏 @waleshighnews @WalesHigh

🛒Mrs Scothern’s Y7 life skills group did some amazing hands on work today looking at food traffic light system! 🛒 We looked at balanced meals and how to find food for dietary needs. 🌟Superstars🌟 @waleshighnews @WalesHigh

IMPORTANT UPDATE School is open today as normal, however any students who were due to go to the Willows for the Life Skills visit will be staying in school. The visit will not be going ahead. Thanks Liam
