@BladeoftheS Source for the 22 figure? Would like to substantiate but can't find a proper justification for it.

@ArchieYates17 For a teenager to have 8 goals in 35 games when often played out wide is hardly a bad return. I wish I was that rubbish!!
English

@BristolEdd Serious goal, let’s see if he can do it again. My fingers are crossed he can. I obviously want him to do well, I just think he’s not very good 😂

Eliezer Mayenda genuinely gets paid thousands of great British pounds to play football - I have failed in life #SAFC

@kirkkorner Have just read this in the Standard. Well done for laying bare the state of the courts and not pulling your punches.

The criminal justice system is in a right state, and politicians on all sides won't do what's needed to truly rescue it

@jamesjammcmahon Thinking of you James. Hope you're doing ok.

@PSBurton Good of them to let you know in advance that you need to leave the pub round the corner from the venue at 8.45 though. A public service announcement.

For a summary of what is happening in criminal courts now (and under the new government, depressingly), this article is really very accurate and informed: ft.com/content/e1118f…

Delighted to see my former pupil being rightly recognised as a rising star. Proud pupil supervisor moment.

I've paid the #humblebrag tax so I am delighted and very grateful to share that I've been included in this year's Legal 500 ranking as a 'rising star'. Thank you so much to those who wrote references and to Albion Chambers who have had a stellar year! #Legal500UK
English

#humblebrag fee duly paid in support of @savechildrenuk in order that I can share this year's @thelegal500 ranking. Thank you as always to those who have taken time to say such lovely things about me. @AlbionChambers @BillableHour16 @SeanJonesKC

We are delighted to welcome Jeremy Wainwright KC as a door tenant.
Jeremy brings a wealth of criminal experience and adds to the already strong offering Albion have across the board for Criminal work.

@ZoeSTChan It is perhaps easier to achieve outside of London - plenty of legal opportunities exist in other cities where the cost of living is not quite so high. And the Bar here in Bristol (for example) has become far more diverse since I washed up here 15 years ago. Don't lose heart!

@DenneyCharlie Sorry to hear this. Enjoy your break and return refreshed. If you decide to continue the hunt, let me know if you would like a chat about applications, strategies and next steps.

@CounselTweets @MattJEJackson Astonishingly, I did not. What a dreadful missed opportunity.
English

@MattJEJackson @CounselTweets It wasn’t inflatable. It was an actual hot tub. On a balcony. Directly overlooking Swansea train station. Surreal? Yes. Recommended? Possibly not. But if it’s your kinda thing, the Swansea Grand has you covered.

English

@CounselTweets I can point you in the direction of a man who got an "upgrade" to the executive suite with an inflatable hot tub on the balcony overlooking the High Street...@BristolEdd.

@mattknights1997 @Joanna__Hardy The premise of this is that when D1 pleads (sometimes on or after day 1 of trial), the remaining defence advocates sense an opportunity…

Counsel for defendants 2-11 going to see the prosecution to see if they’ll accept a plea to count 2 on the indictment.
