@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have requested for disconnection of the broadband and dth services on 23-March. Inspite of repeated follow ups, broadband is still active.i have cleared all dues until 23-Mar.pls disconnect and generate no further bills .

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thank you for your response finally.I had raised the disconnection request on 23rd March and have cleared all dues till that date. Your process takes 20 days to close the connection!! I will not entertain any further bills and pay any further charges of any sort.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's so frustrating. All I need is to close a connection.you have made it such a tough task.new connection is a just call away but to disconnect,it seems a crime.

@Airtel_Presence Why are you not sending me a confirmation of the closure of the connection.please be mindful that I had made the closure request on 23rd March 2026 and paid all bills till that date.i will not entertain and pay any further bills.
