As mid-term break comes close and final assessments/exams arise, I have found it hard to fight through my stress and devote time to my behaviour change. Tomorrow is a new day! time to be accountable! I’ll be posting a time-lapse tomorrow as evidence I got there 😊👊🏽 #MARK320
@Cai1Mandy This is the same behaviour change that I am doing. I find putting some fruit in my water ie a slice of lemon or even strawberry slices makes it a bit sweeter/tastier (I must say I do have a sweet tooth) 😊
Having sugary drinks in the fridge definitely doesn’t help. But I’m trying my best to keep my water intake up. My goal is to drink at least two water bottles per day. #MARK320
