Through this process, one recognises the burden of negative thoughts. By analysing them and identifying their root cause, one begins to realise the need to change one’s attitude and perspective. Without such a shift, the same thoughts continue to persist. Practice this and observe how freeing the mind from negative thoughts allows love and compassion to arise naturally.

Police @Kakiri is holding one Musisi Allan a boda-boda rider of motorcycle Reg.no UEA 067F, who was intercepted while transporting @09 children from the same family. He has since been charged & is currently detained at the same police facility pending court proceedings. All the @09 children belong to one family & were reportedly prepared by the parent & handed over to the rider for transport. We strongly urge parents & guardians to desist from such dangerous practices. Such situations are preventable if safety is taken seriously.
