@bulbenergy Might have to get onto @Ofcom about your company, why can you not replace a battery, It's a simple job takes 2 mins, thankfully my energy provider does this without issue, you lot just expect a pensioner to put up with this! Despicable behaviour!

Well @bulbenergy what a rubbish company you truly are, it's no wonder you entered liquidation, my Dad is still waiting for you to replace a Battery in his Gas Meter since December and we phone up today and get fobbed off again, you are pathetic I'm so angry, its only a battery !!

Been on the call to @bulbenergy for one call 45 minutes (then hung up on) then 30 minutes to be told i cant switch off gas and leave electricity on, but i would have to leave and reapply for electricity only.

@SavaridasT @bulbenergy Yep. Smart meter says I used £163 since installation about a month ago. @bulbenergy charged me £194 for 6 days between the last bill and the installation date. I guess I’m running a nuclear power plant.
