As if @BulbUK customer service couldn’t get any worse, this is the loop I’m currently stuck in attempting to open their app: Tells me need to update…app is in fact up to date…click on “open” & am taken back to message saying need to update the app 🥴 @OctopusEnergy #BulbEnergy
