@arriva_mk 8.27am number 7 from wolverton Agora to Mk Centre a no-show and at least 1x7 service has been absent every day this week. How can i claim money back for the 4-week pass that gets me to work late each day due to missing services?

Could you please consider updating live schedules at stops where cancellations occur while im at it? Spoke to staff at work today who talked about phantom buses on the app and i experience this DAILY; Morning afternoon and evening. Appreciate there are reasons but tell customers

@arriva_mk your #5 20.05 service at stop C4 is listed on the timetable as finishing at wolverton but sign and driver say they terminate at the mk train station- no real explanation why this service is reduced and people continue to wait in the cold?

@arriva_mk no-show #7 18:44 service from stop C3 means a 25 min wait for the next service for about a dozen people and who knows if thats coming? Come on.

@arriva_mk I have downloaded todays App update and nothing has changed. My app still says it is active on another device and i still have the error message while on the app. I use an Android, has anyone else fed back?I submitted a query online but the page refreshed and may have deleted it

@arriva_mk Will you be advising how to reimburse those of us who cannot access our monthly/weekly tickets and are having to buy dailys in the mean time? My driver earlier suggested i pay again because i could not log in, now my app says my ticket is active on another device. Rubbish.

@arriva_mk so your new app was showing as "under construction" this morning at 8.29am meaning i couldnt access my monthly ticket and had to buy a day one as i was holding up the bus. How do i go about getting reimbursed please? this is why i avoided digital tickets for so long

@arriva_mk I found yesterday that "using the app" meant looking at an arbitory timetable that didnt match up to anything that was running (and im talking a 30min-1 hour variance, particularly in the morning) so that was enjoyable for me going to work and my family travelling in the centre.

Driver this morning @arriva_mk was asked for a weekly ticket, replied "do you mean weekly ticket PLEASE?" To a teenage lad (as per). Lost count of times a driver hasnt even acknowledged me showing my pass so is this how i should treat them? Is this how we treat each other now?

Would be easy to see this fledgling account & think "someone hates themselves?" but there are only so many times people can be late for work, or experience abysmal customer service & then increased fares before it needs to be highlighted. May have start @'ing the local press

@arriva_mk really disappointed with this 7.49am service from wolverton to City Centre. Its now 8 30 and weve just left TMA. Driver really needs to work on his customer service&transaction speed. Is rude, particularly to certain demographics of customers.This is NOT a 50m journey

@arriva_mk yet again. Number 7 7.00am service from wolverton agora is a no-show. Please take this bus off your timetable, waiting for it makes me late daily. Id log a complaint but i have and it is not improving. Taxi costs spiralling 👌

@arriva_mk yet again, 7.11 and the 7.00am wolverton agora-city centre is a no-show/ so its ANOTHER taxi in for me at £7+ Why bother running this service? Its almost never on time

@arriva_mk your 6.55am #5 bus from Wolverton to centre arrived at 7.03, meaning every bus stop along the route was loaded and that i was late for work...again. do you do a delay-repay scheme like the trains or just "inform the depot" and continue with the same issues?

@arriva_mk i realise this doesnt show the live time, but this is the #5 7.00am service from wolverton to lakes estate that arrived at 7.09. I didnt get on it because i need to be at work at half 7 and already booked a cab at own expense. Most mornings this is Arriva....?

@arriva_mk I have done this, investigation concluded that the service didnt run and will be passed onto the depot. Doesnt reverse my cost of taxi or hour wait at the stop

@arriva_mk 2 evenings now, ive been waiting for a bus to wolverton for 45 mins. From the city centre point. Today it was the 14 again, 8.59 from point, no show. Last night the 21.59. Where are these services? I can get 5 buses home so i shouldnt be stood in the rain this long

This is in addition to the countless #7 services from wolverton to city at 7am that never show up- sometimes 10 minutes late, some times later (i assume because i have to pay an £8 cab at this point). First 7 service of the day so is the schedule wrong?
