[1]I am so disappointed with the service I got from @KFCSA. I was in the drive through when I suddenly needed to use the toilet. The lady on the intercom was very rude and told me I can't enter. There were cars behind and in front of me so I couldn't move anywhere....

@KFCSA [3] she they completely ignored me and made me wait a full hour to get my food and when she gave me it was the wrong order. She rudely suggested to give me back my money after making me wait an hour from chicken while she served people behind me.
