Singer and songwriter d4vd has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose dismembered body was found in a Tesla belonging to the musician last year. Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced the charges on Monday morning, saying he was charged with first-degree murder with special circumstances, lewd and lascivious acts with an individual under 14, and mutilating a body. U.S. Central Command is aware of the loss of a U.S. KC-135 refueling aircraft. The incident occurred in friendly airspace during Operation Epic Fury, and rescue efforts are ongoing. Two aircraft were involved in the incident. One of the aircraft went down in western Iraq, and the second landed safely. This was not due to hostile fire or friendly fire.
