What's ahead for Charlotte? @CBJnewsroom's table of experts, including CLT Alliance COO Tracy Dodson, set out to answer that question in a lunch conversation hosted by @FifthThird. “Charlotte is now punching above its weight,” Dodson said. “When we’re competing on office deals, we’re now competing against Atlanta and Dallas. New activity in the Charlotte Region’s life sciences sector: @EliLillyandCo's campus in Concord was issued a $77M building permit, another milestone for the company’s rapidly expanding campus. A company spokesperson told @CBJnewsroom the work "is continued progress on existing commitments." (1/2)
